These terms govern use of Dynamic Resumes (dynamicresumes.ai), operated by Dynamic Resumes ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.
Dynamic Resumes turns candidate resumes into interactive pages that may include an AI avatar ("twin") of the candidate, AI screening interviews with automated scorecards, tailored resume versions, and recipient-tracked share links. AI outputs — scorecards, tailored text, avatar answers — are generated content and can be wrong; they are decision support, not decisions.
Subscribers may only submit candidates who have themselves consented (see the Likeness License). You may not create a twin of anyone without their recorded consent, impersonate any person, use the service to deceive, or attempt to extract other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Candidates own their likeness. A candidate may revoke consent at any time, which takes their resume page and avatar offline. Revocation is effective immediately for all previously shared links.
Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Published resumes remain live for the life of the subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
By providing your mobile number you consent to receive account and transactional text messages from Dynamic Resumes (e.g., demo-request confirmations, interview links, resume/avatar status). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
