A limited, revocable license for Dynamic Resumes to use the photo, video, and voice samples you provide to create an AI avatar of you, and to present that avatar on your Dynamic Resume page to people you or your staffing firm share it with.
Your avatar will not be used for anything other than your resume page: no ads, no other products, no training of unrelated models, no transfer of your likeness to third parties beyond the processors that render it.
Your avatar speaks only from your resume and your interview. It is instructed to disclose that it is an AI, to decline compensation negotiations, and to route open questions to the real you.
You may revoke at any time from your dashboard or via the contact form. Revocation takes your page and avatar offline immediately — every link previously shared goes dark — and your biometric assets are deleted per the Privacy Policy.
