What we collect

Candidates: resume content you provide; interview recordings and transcripts; a consent recording; a photo and video footage used to create your avatar twin; a voice sample used for voice cloning. Biometric identifiers (your face and voice) are collected only with your explicit on-camera consent and only to build your twin.

Visitors (recruiters/hiring managers): page opens, questions asked to an avatar, and the tracked-link identifier a page was opened through. We log user agent and referrer; we do not sell visitor data.

How it's used

Candidate data exists to render your resume page, score your interview, tailor versions, and operate your twin. Cloning is performed by vetted processors (currently avatar and voice providers) under their own security terms; raw assets remain in our storage so your twin can be rebuilt or destroyed on request.

Retention and deletion

Candidate assets are kept while the resume is live. Revoking consent (from your dashboard, via your staffing firm, or through the contact form) takes your page offline immediately; associated clones are deleted from providers and our copies are removed within 30 days.

Biometric notice

For residents of jurisdictions with biometric privacy laws (including Illinois, Texas, and Washington): we collect face geometry and voiceprints solely to create your consented avatar; we never sell or trade them; they are retained only while your resume is live or as required by law, then destroyed.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number (on our contact form or during signup), we use it to send account and transactional notifications related to your request: demo-request confirmations, interview links you asked for, and notices that your resume page or avatar is ready. Message frequency varies with your activity; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
